WHAT EXACTLY IS AYURVEDA?
Ayurveda is the sister science to Yoga. She honors the true principles of nature by recognizing that our needs change with the seasons of life. It is a true energy science. Through right use of herbs, massage yoga postures, meditation, mantra, color therapy, foods (to name a few tools),  we can affect the physical, emotional or mental bodies to see benefits in all aspects of our lives and the lives of those around us. We all have unique constitutions. choosing to honor who we are enables us to create lives filled with inner joy, beauty, health and happiness.

YOGA THERAPY SESSIONS

In Yoga Therapy, we look at the emotional and mental patterns reflected in the body and return focus to the primal state of inner peace through looking at what is really going on with you and loving what is. Asanas, breathing techniques and mantra are all tools to bring us present into a relaxed sate of being. 90 minutes $70

LIFESTYLE COACHING
These sessions are designed to address concerns about your life . Bringing focus to those places you are stuck enables the truth to gently present itslef . We will look at the feelings and stories the mind repeats to itself and by weeding out the root of these issues ,your hearts desire can naturally emerge, re-directing you towards joy. Expereince how the mind and body are connected $45 1/2 hr/ $75/hr

WELLNESS PROGRAMS
Designed for all ages, ongoing classes stress management, movement  and meditation techniques for beginner and intermediate students. We will focus on experiencing the presence of being in the body in a relaxed state and plant seeds of change within to live useful, easeful, and peaceful lives. Inquire for your group or family.
