Abhyanga is a traditional ayurvedic massage done by one therapist, or by two therapists in tandem. Over 8oz of warmed herbal oil is drizzled over the entire body and massaged in using rhythmic,choreographed strokes. At the end, a light ubvaratana (herbal dusting powder) is sprinkled over theclient’s body leaving them relaxed, exfoliated, and rejuvenated.
